Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will notify you once our technicians have inspected the device and processed your refund.
